Using the latest technology we are able to provide an efficient and professional service that will allow us to cut down lead times whilst adhering to strict quality guidelines.
Example:
We have just recently brought a new Water Jet machine which allows us to cut glass to any shape with a maximum size of 1500mm x 3500mm with a high margin of accuracy and at high speed.
We have an edging machine which allows us to polish all edges of the glass before we take it to toughening. This provides a safer product for your home/office and a nicer finish touch.
We don’t only just rely on our new water jet machine to cut out power point and cutouts we can do it also with our power point and cut out machine. With both this machine and the water jet machine cutting of power points and cut outs will be done in no time at all.
We have a shape machine used to cut round tables or any other round glass shapes.
We have an experienced Spray Painter who can match any colour you are after. He not only works in one Spray Booth but two to complete the high demand of work load
